Your Role

Sales Representative at DataScouts carries a lot of responsibility. You are the one responsible for the customer and business development. 

Your tasks: 

  • You are scouting for new customers. You do this by pro-actively prospecting and visiting customers.  
  • You are great at qualifying and prioritizing which opportunities deserve your attention 
  • You talk to clients/new customers to find out what their business challenges are and how DataScouts can help addressing them. 
  • You inspire customers to think differently and adopt new tools and methods 
  • You propose the right combination of products and services that best match your customer’s needs 
  • You take on an advisory role and ensure that the communication and/or negotiations run smoothly. 
  • After a successful implementation, you keep in touch with your customers to further nurture the relationship.

  • You are a professional networker and relationship manager (colleagues and customers). 
  • You are a communicator with strong listening skills. 
  • You are result oriented and a real deal maker. 
  • You are proactive. 
  • You are a problem solver. 
  • You do not take no for an answer. 
  • You are stress resistant and decisive. 
  • You are familiar with Market Research, Competitive Monitoring and Scenario Planning. 
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch. French and German are an asset. 
  • You are in possession of a driving license B. 
  • You are ambitious .
