About the position

As Business Developer, you are the entrepreneurial trusted advisor who helps put Minerva on the map as the standard in Strategic Market Intelligence. You open doors, convince C-level decision-makers and build lasting relationships that accelerate our growth.
You know how to translate complex themes such as digitalisation, sustainability and strategic transitions into concrete benefits for clients. You position DataScouts not just as a supplier, but as the partner who gives their teams the right tools to act faster and smarter.

Your responsibilities

  • New Business Development: actively prospecting, following up leads and closing deals.
  • C-level Engagement: engage with CEOs, Innovation Managers, Marketing Directors and Heads of M&A.
  • Solution Selling: positioning Minerva as the platform for Strategic Market Intelligence, with consulting as an additional service.
  • Networking: using your network and representing DataScouts at events and conferences.
  • Co-creation: shaping new propositions together and contributing to the further international roll-out of Minerva.

Your profile

  • Extensive experience (8–12 years) in B2B business development, preferably in SaaS, AI or strategy consulting.
  • Expertise with solution selling on C-level.
  • A strong network in sectors such as food, utilities or aerospace is a plus.
  • Enterprising, communicatively strong and credible in conversation.
  • You derive satisfaction from translating complex challenges into concrete deals and building lasting relationships.
