About the position

As Platform Success Manager, you will ensure that our customers and implementation partners get maximum value from our platform. You will guide them from the first onboarding, provide training, capture their feedback and translate this into concrete improvements.

With your efforts, customers and partners become autonomous faster, their user experience continuously improves, and you provide direct input for further product development. You are the point of contact for customers, partners and sales colleagues.

Your responsibilities

1. Costumer & Partner Onboarding

o Guiding new customers and implementation partners through initial set-up and usage.

o Developing and improving onboarding flows and documentation.

2. Training & Education

o Organising and conducting training sessions and workshops for customers and partners.

o Training implementation partners so that they can carry out implementations independently.

o Development of manuals, demos, tutorials and FAQs.

3. User & Partner Feedback

o Actively capturing feedback from customers and partners.

o Translating needs and suggestions into concrete proposals for the product roadmap.

o Working with the product team to prioritise improvements.

4. User Experience Monitoring

o Extensively measuring usage, adoption and satisfaction with customers and partners.

o Identifying thresholds and proposing optimisations.

o Ensuring users become autonomous faster and workflows remain intuitive.

5. Sales Support

o Supporting the sales team in pre-sales calls and product demos.

o Thinking along in customer and partner discussions and tender processes (RFPs).

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in customer success, onboarding, training or product support.
  • Experience with digital platforms and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication and teaching skills: you can explain clearly, train and convince in Dutch, French and English.
  • Experience with measuring and improving adoption, customer satisfaction and partner satisfaction.
  • Proactive, structured and customer-oriented, with the ability to pull projects independently.
